Farm
In one hand a farm is the land area and buildings, but on the other hand, it's a place where crops are cultivated and livestock is taken care on.Â

I have been closely connected to the world of sounds since early childhood. In the earthly realm, this has manifested through studies at a children's music school, followed by G. Ots Music School, and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. Thus, I have acquired a higher musical education specializing in violin as a pedagogue and soloist. My long-term teachers have been Urve Uibokand, Eva Punder, Andrus Haav, Arvo Leibur, and, in addition, various masterclasses with different teachers. Music has also been intertwined with my occupations: violin teacher, ensemble instructor, teaching both children and adults, organizing music circles for children, along with Karlis, we have also organized children's music camps and various concerts, and I am an active performer.Â
As much as music, I have always been intrigued by the art of being human, the different levels of human existence - who is this being we call human. This question has led me on various quests and realizations, and then onto further quests and further recognitions - an endlessly vast world! Thus, besides the classical view of music, I have also been interested in the broader context of music and sound's impact on humans, leading me to explore and cultivate the therapeutic effects of sound. How to further expand human creativity and creative potential through the world of sounds. A very fascinating and rich world has opened up to me. I practice sound therapy, creative music workshops, sound journeys, sound meditations. We also organize sound journeys with the ensemble. TARE, which me and Karlis are members of.
I have also studied EFT therapy (Emotional Freedom Techniques, teachers Ave Sepp and Tron Enger), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Estonian NLP Institute), completed various courses (Practical Consciousness, Mindfulness Minutes, Sound Therapy, bioenergetics), and practiced various methods and techniques to delve deeper into reaching and expanding human potential.

I am a soul with love for art. I am drawn to exploring and engaging in activities that bring beauty through creation. Most of my time is spent in the realm of music. I enjoy performing, creating, imparting knowledge, and experiencing music in various styles and forms. Music is also where I have focused most of my studies. I have graduated from Kuressaare Music School, Tallinn Music High School, and hold a bachelor's degree from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, specializing in trumpet. I am deeply grateful to have gained knowledge from such role models as Margus Allik, Juhan Tõhk, Aavo Ots, and Indrek Vau, among others. Since 2002, I have been a teacher at a music schools in Saaremaa. So many wonderful young people have passed through my class, discovering music through brass instruments and even teaching me in return.
As a musician, I thoroughly enjoy various challenges. I love performing classical trumpet repertoire, exploring the feeling of rhythm, improvising based on the emotions of the moment. I relish playing in a band. Over the years, I have performed at various concerts, public ceremonies, weddings, funerals, and musical improvisation evenings.
I appreciate the impact of music on all levels, both as a performer and as a listener.
As an additional contribution to music, I have also been engaged in visual arts for a long time. As a hobby artist, I have enjoyed depicting nature. I primarily use oil paints and dry pastels. In the world of colors, there are many aspects that can be paralleled with music. Painting has been a very effective channel for self-expression for me.Â
In recent years, I have discovered woodworking and carpentry as an art form for myself. As a child, accompanying my grandfather to the Vätta woodworking industry has left a deep impression. The scents of wood and tar, the calm and pleasant men, the beauty of handcrafted boats and other products, are still vivid in my memory. There is something very soothing about wood, and similarly, crafting with my own hands has a calming effect. In addition to crafting items for my own household, I have also completed some commissioned work and offered Pihtla School children the opportunity to come to our farm workshop to develop their woodworking skills.
